045 – Julie Reisler- Master your Inner World to Master your Outer World

In this episode, KT and Julie Reisler discuss:

      • If you’re not taking care of yourself on the inside, you can’t be your best self on the outside
      • Taking the leap to start a new campaign
      • How being an entrepreneur shapes your financial decisions
      • self-actualization

Key Takeaways:

      • Listen to your gut
      • Don’t jump into something without being prepared
      • You put ceilings on yourselves, and it’s unnecessary
      • You have to learn to love yourself, instead of using shame

“You’ve got to really spend some time and energy into yourself.” — Julie Reisler
